Our Story
Kelly Haney, owner and founder of Forever Valentine Beauty, started the award-winning spa & studio back in 2016. As a certified trainer with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, she is a master PMU artist with countless awards for her work. She’s brought together a team of Philly’s favorite PMU artists and estheticians to create a spa founded in quality work.
